EasyStay Thailand ("the App") is published by Aleksandr Almataev ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
1. Summary
We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data. All information you enter in the App stays on your device.
2. Data you enter
The App allows you to enter information such as family member names, visa types and dates, passport and document details, vehicle and insurance details, and pet vaccination dates.
That information is stored locally on your device. According to the current policy source, the data is not transmitted to OffshoreLabs servers or third parties.
3. iCloud sync
If you enable iCloud backup or sync, your data may be synced between your own Apple devices using Apple infrastructure. OffshoreLabs does not access your iCloud data.
4. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store infrastructure. OffshoreLabs does not collect or store payment details directly.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal.
- Trials, if offered, convert automatically unless cancelled in time.
- Refund handling follows the relevant store policy.
5. Analytics and tracking
The current EasyStay policy states that the app does not use analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking tools and does not collect telemetry such as device identifiers or IP addresses.
6. Third-party services
The current policy states that the app does not integrate with third-party services that collect user data, and includes no ads or social SDKs.
7. Children’s privacy
The current policy states that the app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and asks users to contact support if they believe that has occurred.
8. Export and deletion
The current policy states that users can export data as JSON from app settings and can delete app data directly inside the app. Removal of the app removes locally stored data from the device, and iCloud data can be managed separately in iCloud settings.
